摘　　要：上诉权是民事诉讼当事人一项重要的诉讼权利,基于上诉审制度本身的局限性、我国民事上诉条件的宽泛化等缺陷使得对民事上诉权予以法律控制成为必要。The appeal right is an important lawsuit right for a civil action litigant, because of the system limitation, and our country civil appeal conditions so broad and so on, it is necessary ？to control the civil appeal right by the law. This article discusses on how to overcome the appeal system limitation, to correct our country broad civil appeal conditions, and carries on the multiple perspective inspection to the legal control to the civil appeal right.
