摘　　要：高校图书馆员存在的职业倦怠现象会影响服务质量和服务效率,使图书馆的功能不能得到充分发挥。从职业倦怠概念的界定出发,初步探究了造成这一现象的成因。为消除高校图书馆员的职业倦怠情绪、提高他们的工作积极性,本文相应地提出了有效的解决途径。Job Burnout exists popularly in college librarians, which can affect the quality and efficiency of service, and reduce the functions of library. This article initially probes into the causes of this phenomenon from the definition of Job Burnout, and proposes effective solutions in order to remove their Job Burnout and arouse their initiative
