摘 要:目的:提升门诊药房管理水平,优化药学服务,提高病人满意度。方法:通过分析南京军区福州总医院门诊药房现行管理模式,阐明其优势及存在的问题。结果和结论:本院门诊药房绩效管理的措施有效可行,全自动单剂量摆药安全、高效、简单,在本院实践过程中现行的工作模式日益凸显其优势,但也确实存在不足之处,若对所存在的问题加以改进,门诊药房的工作和服务质量将会提高到新的水平。Objective:To improve the management level of outpatient dispensary,optimize the pharmaceutical service and increase the satisfaction degree of the patients.Methods:By analyzing the current management mode of outpatient dispensary in Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region,its advantages and disadvantages were clarified.Results and Conclusion:The current management mode in outpatient dispensary of our hospital is reasonable and feasible,and the dispensing mode with automatic single-dose dispensation machine is safe,efficient and easy to operate.However,there are still some problems.The quality of the work and the level of the service would be improved after the improvement measures be taken.
