摘　　要：目的提高对Wegener’s肉芽肿的认识,减少误诊。方法行生化及CT、MRI、皮肤活检等检查诊断We-gener’s肉芽肿1例,采用环磷酰胺联合地塞米松治疗,并进行文献复习。结果经对症、支持治疗后,患者神志转清,右侧肢体肌力恢复至Ⅱ级,咳嗽、咳痰症状消失,体温恢复正常,皮肤紫癜消退。血常规恢复正常,复查胸部CT示:两肺结节消失。结论 Wegener’s肉芽肿患者易出现多脏器的症状、体征,诊断困难,误诊率高。早期确诊、积极治疗是治疗成功的关键。Objective The raise awareness of Wegener＇s granulomatosis,reduce misdiagnosis.Methods For biochemical and CT,MRI,skin biopsy diagnosed a case of Wegener＇s granulomatosis,with cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone treatment and literature review.Results The symptomatic and supportive treatment,the patient of consciousness,the right limb muscle strength recovered to grade Ⅱ,cough,sputum symptoms disappeared,body temperature returned to normal,skin purpura subsided,blood routine return to normal,reviewing the chest CT examination revealed：both lungs nodules disappeared.Conclusions Wegener＇s granulomatosis in patients prone to multiple organ symptoms,signs,diagnostic difficulties,easily misdiagnosed.Early diagnosis,aggressive treatment is the key to successful treatment.
