摘　　要：对学报编辑工作中常涉及的署名权、修改权、保护作品完整权以及获酬权等版权问题进行探讨,有利于编辑进一步明确应当严格执行《著作权法》的有关规定,切实保障作者的合法权利。采取与作者签订著作权转让合同、在版权页上标注版权符号等措施,能够更好地维护学报的合法权利。Some problems related to copyright in editing of college journals are discussed,e.g.,the right of authorship,the right of modification,the right of integrity of works,and the right of remuneration.The paper holds that editors should strictly carry out the relevant rules and regulations of The Law of Copyright to guarantee the legal right of the authors.Moreover,some measures such as signing agreement on copyright subrogation with the author,and marking copyright symbol on the copyright page etc.are needed so as to better protect the legal right of college journals.
