摘　　要：在计划经济体制下形成的人事档案管理存在诸多问题。为满足当前市场经济发展需要,规范和创新人事档案管理,需要采用有效措施对现有人事档案管理进行改革。The management of Personnel files in the planned economic system has many problems.To satisfy the demands of the current market economy,some effective measures should be taken to reform the present man-agement of personnel files.
