丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者IL-6、sCD40L和APN的影响

摘　　要：目的研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者在阿托伐他汀等常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液,观察血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、可溶性白细胞抗原40配体(sCD40L)、脂联素(APN)的水平变化,评价丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀对ACS患者的作用。方法选取ACS患者120例,随机分为两组,其中常规组60例,接受常规治疗;联合组60例,常规治疗基础上同时加用丹红注射液治疗2周。测定治疗前后静脉血清IL-6、sCD40L、APN水平。另选50名门诊体检的健康人作为正常组。结果治疗前联合组及常规组IL-6、sCD40L水平均高于健康组(P<0.05),APN水平均低于健康组(P<0.05);联合组及常规组三个参数水平无明显差异。治疗后联合组和常规组IL-6、sCD4 0 L水平分别与治疗前相比均下降(P<0.0 5);联合组与常规组治疗后APN水平分别为8.7 2ng/mL±0.50 ng/mL、7.52 ng/mL±0.57 ng/mL较治疗前升高(P<0.05);联合组与常规组三个参数水平相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎症因子IL-6s、CD40L及APN水平可反映粥样硬化斑块的稳定性;联合组能明显降低炎症因子IL-6、sCD40L水平,升高APN水平,从而稳定冠脉粥样硬化斑块,防止斑块破裂。Objective To study the effect of conventional therapy with Danhong injection on interleukin-6（IL-6）,soluble cluster of differentiation antigen 40 ligand（sCD40L）,adiponectin（APN）and evaluate their effect on acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods One hundred and twenty patients（pts） with ACS were randomly divided into two groups：Routine group（n=60） treated with conventional treatment,and treatment group（n=60） treated with conventional medicine and Danhong injection for two weeks.Serum IL-6,sCD40L,and APN were measure.Fifty subjects were as controls.Results Before treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,sCD40L in patients were higher than that in healthy controls（P〈0.05）,and the levels of serum APN was lower than that in healthy controls（P〈0.05）.There were no differences in serum IL-6,sCD40L,and APN levels between treatment group and routine group before therapy.After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,and sCD40L in treatment group and routine group were decreased（P〈0.05）,and the levels of serum APN was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The levels of serum IL-6,sCD40L,and APN could reflect stability of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.Conventional medicine with Danhong injection could decrease the levels of IL-6 and sCD40L,increase the APN level significantly.
