摘　　要：丹江口大坝混凝土坝加高工程需要对原有混凝土坝在下游先进行贴坡加宽，再实施混凝土坝的加高施工。贴坡混凝土施工工艺及质量要求高、难度大，只有采取有效措施加强混凝土施工质量的控制，才能保证大坝安全，避免或减少混凝土裂缝产生。文章先总结了下游贴坡混凝土施工前期出现的质量通病，然后分事前、事中、事后控制三阶段对混凝土质量控制措施进行了具体的阐述。这些措施减少了贴坡混凝土质量通病并确保混凝土质量始终受控，也为后续加高混凝土施工继续达到优良标准提供了宝贵可行的实际经验和控制手段。Danjiangkou dam concrete project needs to be a downstream the first post go out and implement concrete widen the dam construction of the hill. These measures reduced the slope of the concrete post and ensure the quality of the case with concrete always controlled, and for subsequent concrete construction continued to achieve quality standards provide valuable feasible in practical experience and control.
