摘　　要：河水在结冰过程中会出现多种冰情，研究这些冰情的长过程，可为防治河冰灾害提供基本资料。新疆地域辽阔，气候干燥，冬季寒冷，具有多种特殊冰情。在新疆开展冰情研究，对水利水电建设、工农业生产、交通运输等都具有重要的意义。There were different conditions in the process in freezing of the river. Study the long process of the river ice could provide basic data to prevent and control the river ice disaster. Xinjiang province with vast district,dry and cold climate in winter, has many special ice conditions. In xinjiang, to carry out the ice water study is of significance to the hydropower construction,industrial and agricultural production and transportation.
