摘　　要：节水灌溉问题的核心是提高水的有效利用率，节约用水和科学用水是水资源管理的首要任务。通过研究漳滏河灌区的节水灌溉措施，分析灌溉管理机制改革、调整灌区种植结构、改变灌溉及耕作方式等节水措施，倡导在实施工程节水措施的基础上，推广非工程节水措施，实现节水灌溉和稳产增产之间的动态平衡，促进大型灌区节水灌溉的科学发展。The core problem in the water-saving irrigation is to improve water utilization efficiency. Water conservation and scientific water use is the primary task in water management. By Studying Zhangfuhe irrigation water saving measures, institutional reform of irrigation management, irrigation planting structure adjustment and change farming practices were analyzed in this paper. Advocated the implementation of project water conservation measures, prompt non-engineering water-saving measures and achieve water-saving irrigation and stable dynamic equilibrium between the yield and promoting large-scale irrigation area scientific development.
