摘　　要：系统建设以水资源信息监测为基础，依托省电子政务外网和Internet公网，构建以水资源信息管理、业务应用、决策支持为核心的水资源管理平台，对建设节水型社会、缓解水资源供需矛盾、促进水资源有效利用、实现水资源优化配置具有重要意义。Water resources management system construction based on Monitoring of water resources information,mainly relying on the provincial e-government network and the Internet. The system is a core platform for water resources information management, business applications and decision support. It will achieve an important role on the construction of water-saving society, alleviate the contradiction between water supply and demand, and promote efficient use of water resources, optimal allocation of water resources.
