摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腺肽注射液对小儿难治性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将62例小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿随机分为两组,两组患儿均给予抗感染、抗病毒、激素、氨茶碱及沙丁胺醇和吸氧等治疗。治疗组加用胸腺肽针20mg肌内注射,隔日1次,对照组不加用胸腺肽针。结果:治疗组总有效率(87.5%)高于对照组(73.3%),经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腺肽治疗小儿难治性哮喘急性发作期疗效确切。Objective：To investigate the thymosin injection in children with refractory asthma therapy.Methods：62 pediatric patients with acute onset of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of children were giv en the anti-inflammatory,antivirus,hormone,oxygen and aminophylline and albuterol treatment etc.Thymosin in treatment group 20 mg needle injection,1 every other day,not with the thymosin needle.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group（87.5%） than control group（73.3%）,showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Thymosin treatment of children refractory symptoms of asthma acute episode.
