摘　　要：本研究对研制的鸡ND-IB-IBD三联弱毒冻干疫苗进行了效力检验,结果表明该疫苗7 d可产生对ND和IB的免疫力,14 d对ND和IB强毒攻击保护率均为100%;对IBD的保护率为70%,可以有效预防鸡ND、IB和IBD三种传染病的发生。The effect of chicken ND-IB-IBD Triple Freeze-dried Attenuared Vaccine has been tested.The tests showed that the vaccine can produce immunity against ND and IB on 7 d,and the protection rate was 100%,both against the virulent attacting of ND and IB,70% against of IBD on 14 d,the results demenstated that the Triple Attenuared Vaccine was effective in preventing chicken ND,IB and IBD.
