摘 要:针对应用于12 kV真空断路器的单线圈单稳态永磁机构的分闸电流较大及分闸速度不易提高的问题,笔者提出一种双线圈单稳态永磁机构,其合、分闸操作各使用一个线圈,且设置有一个磁短路环,达到降低分闸电流及提高分闸速度的目的。应用磁场有限元分析方法对永磁机构进行优化设计,并给出了设计方案及样机测试结果。试验结果证明,该永磁机构各项技术参数达到了设计要求,同时也验证了该方法的可行性。Aiming at the opening current character and opening velocity character of the single coil and single stable permanent magnetic actuator which is used in 12 kV vacuum circuit breaker,the double coils and single stable permanent magnetic actuator which has one closing coil and one opening coil is suggested in this paper.In order to decrease opening current and increase opening velocity,a short circuit ring is fixed in the permanent magnetic actuator.The analysis and optimal design on the permanent magnetic actuator are performed by using the finite element method.The design scheme and test results are presented which indicate that the technical parameters meet the design requirements and the feasibility of the approach is verified.
