摘 要:通过金相显微镜、透射电镜观察及拉伸试验,研究了不同固溶及时效处理工艺对Ti-15-3合金热轧棒材微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti-15-3合金的晶粒尺寸随固溶温度的升高而长大迅速,合金的强度随固溶时间的延长而降低,且以2#工艺合金的综合性能较好;合金时效后的强度主要取决于α相的尺寸及其体积分数的综合效应,且以10#工艺合金的组织和力学性能较为理想。Effects of different solution and ageing treatment on the microstructure and mechanical property of Ti-15-3 alloy barsthrough metalloscope,TEM and electron tensile test.The results show that the grain size of alloy Ti-15-3 grows rapidly with higher solution temperature and the strength of the alloy decreases with longer solution duration.Compared with various solution processes,the over-all property of 2# process alloy is better.The strength of aged alloy mainly depends on the synthetic effect of grain size of phase α and its volume fraction.Compared with various aging processes,the microstructure and mechanic property of 10# aged process alloy is more satisfactory.
