摘  要:利用钨钼同多酸及其杂多酸性质的差异,在不同工艺条件下采用酸沉和蒸发两种方式对钼酸铵料液进行结晶操作,研究了结晶过程中钨钼分离的效果。结果表明,酸沉结晶过程中钨钼分离的程度非常有限,但在加入磷酸铵后钨和钼的结晶率有较大差异;蒸发结晶过程中终点pH值对钨钼分离效果影响较大,同时料液中钨钼比不同,分离效果也不同,特别是钨钼比大时,两者结晶率差别较大,分离效果好。Based on the difference in property of isopolyacid or heteropolyacid between tungsten and molybdenum,the crystallization process of ammonium molybdate feed solution was operated by acid precipitation or evaporation under various experimental conditions.And the separation effect between tungsten and molybdenum in that process was investigated.The results show that the separation degree of tungsten from molybdenum is low in the acid-precipitation process,but obviously improved in the case of ammonium phosphate addition.The evaporation process is influenced by final pH value and ratio of tungsten to molybdenum in feed solution.Especially when the ratio is large,the difference in crystallization rate between tungsten and molybdenum is obvious,resulting in good separation effect.
