摘 要:采用适当的含镍化合物及相应的加入方式制备镍包钨粉,微量镍可在钨颗粒表面均匀包覆;镍包覆钨粉经活化烧结生产的致密钨棒用于稀土电解的阴极,较传统的钼阴极具有更强的抗腐蚀性。用质量分数为0.4%的微量镍包覆钨粉,可实现在低于1 500℃温度下烧结出相对密度大于90%的致密钨材。该钨电极制备工艺具有流程短、生产成本低、质量稳定等特点。Tungsten powders coated by nickel were prepared with proper nickel compound as the raw material and corresponding addition method.Trace nickel can be coated evenly on the surface of tungsten powders.The above tungsten powders were used to produce compact tungsten rods by activated sintering.The tungsten rods were applied in rare earth electrolysis as the cathode of better corrosion resistance than traditional molybdenum cathode.The compact tungsten electrode of a relative density over 90% can be prepared by activated sintering at a temperature below 1 500 ℃ and using the tungsten powders coated with 0.4% nickel.The above tungsten electrode preparation process has the advantages of short flow,low production cost,and stable product quality.
