摘　　要：根据现代宽厚板厂生产特点，从管理和控制结合的角度分析了计算机自动化系统在宽厚板厂中的必要性。此系统分为生产管理级、生产控制级、过程控制级和设备控制级四级。并阐述了宽厚板厂从板坯库经轧制区、剪切精整区到成品库全区域内自动化系统的功能；描述了该系统通过各级计算机的管理和控制在从合同定单、生产计划开始，至生产成合格产品的过程中各个主要环节里所起的作用。最后结合国内外应用实例，列举了采用计算机控制系统所取得的效果。According to the peculiarity of wide heavy plate mill,from the viewpoint of the combination of the management and control,this paper clarifies the necessity of the computer control system in wide heavy plate mill,which is divided into 4 levels,namely the production management,production control,process control and equipment control.It describes the functions of the computer automation system for the whole area from slab yard,mill line,shear and finishing line to the warehouse.Moreover,it also describes how the system functions throughout the process from the order,production plan to the final plate products through the various levels of computer management and control,and unfurls the benefit of the computer control system in the light of a few practical examples both at home and abroad.
