转型期中国社会建设国内外研究述评

摘　　要：社会转型是加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设的历史大背景,国内外学者从转型的视角对社会建设问题展开了较为广泛而深入的研究。相对而言,国内研究此问题的目的是为了推动转型期社会建设更好更快地发展;而国外的研究则倾向于对该问题的"认知和理解","先入为主"观念较为明显,有时甚至将此问题意识形态化。鉴于研究目的的不同,二者在研究方法、研究深度、问题的关注点以及所得出的结论、存在的不足等方面也有所不同。Social transformation is a historical background of the focus on improving people＇s livelihood of social construction,therefore,domestic and foreign scholars from the perspective of the social construction of transition issues a more extensive and in-depth study.In comparison,domestic studies are consistent with the objectives of the problem,that is to promote social construction better and faster development;and foreign studies tend to the problem of ＂awareness and understanding＂,＂me the main ＂idea more obvious,and sometimes ideological.As different research purposes,both in research methods,the depth,the problem concerns and the conclusions,shortcomings and so are different.
