大学生入党积极分子培养培训状况调查与分析

摘　　要：通过对大学生入党积极分子培养培训状况调研显示:绝大多数入党积极分子入党动机端正,有完善自我、提高素质、加强自我教育的积极性,党校培训组织及教学安排严谨和务实,但在入党积极分子入党动机、理论知识、作用发挥方面,对教育培训的认识程度、规范管理方面,大学生党员和学生党组织在模范引领和科学管理方面存在有待解决的问题。The survey on the training of applicants for Party membership shows that most of them have correct motivation and activity to improve themselves,and the training organizations set suitable and practical courses.But there are still some problems in both the aspects of applicants applying theoretical knowledge into practice,and of organizations＇ guidance and management.
