摘  要:为研究开发利用洗煤厂洗水闭路循环系统实现焦化废水大循环零排放新工艺,进行煤粉吸附处理焦化废水二级出水试验.考察了煤粉吸附主要因素:煤种、矿浆浓度、初始浓度对焦化废水COD和氨氮吸附特性的影响.原水初始浓度C0对污染物去除率和吸附容量的影响最为显著,吸附容量随C0升高而提高.初始浓度相同时,肥煤吸附COD的去除率和吸附容量略高于焦煤;矿浆浓度100 g/L时污染物去除率均高于矿浆浓度80 g/L;肥煤与焦煤吸附NH3-N的吸附容量明显低于吸附COD的吸附容量,说明煤表面优先吸附有机物.For exploiting and utilizing the new process of the waste water closed-circuit system of coal washery to achieve zero discharge in full circulating of coking wastewater,and carrying out the test of coking wastewater secondary effluent treatment with pulverized coal.The main influetial factors on COD and NH4-N adsorption of pulverized coal in coking wastewater treatment were investigated.They are coal type,pulp density and initial concentration of pulverized coal.Influent density C0 was the most remarkable factor influencing pollutants removal rate and adsorption capacity.The adsorption capacity increased with C0.The fat coal has a higher COD removal rate and adsorption capacity than coking coal under the same influent density.The average pollutants removal rate of 100 g/L pulp density was higher than that of 80 g/L pulp density.The NH4-N adsorption capacity was obviously lower than COD adsorption with fat coal and coking coal treating,which suggests that coal surface has the priority in absorbing the organic.
