摘  要:提出一种对成组法脉动弯曲疲劳试验的寿命数据进行处理的方法:50%置信度下定应力的寿命分布按三参数威布尔分布进行优化拟合;任意置信度下的置信限曲线则以旋转-平移变换后的概率坐标中的双曲线函数为原型进行最小二乘法曲线拟合来求取,由所求得置信限曲线方程可求出置信度C下、任意可靠度R下的疲劳寿命,进一步与试验所得的齿根应力作线性回归,可求得C-R-S-N曲线簇。Akind of method to process lifetime data obtained from burst modepulsation load bending fatigue test is put forward in this paper.Under 50%degree of confidence,distribution of lifetime data obtained from a definite test stress is fitted according to Weibull distribution of three parameters with optimization method.Fiducial limit curves under other degrees of confidence of Care acquired through leastsquares fitting of curve.The pretotype of curves to be fitted are presumed as hyperbola function under the rotated and translated probability coordinate system.According to the fiducial limit curve equations fitted above,fatigue lifetime under Cdegree of confidence and any reliability R can be calculated.Furthermore,CRSN curve cluster can be obtained through linear regression to the fatigue lifetime data and test dedendum stresses.Generally speaking,the method has reference value for the processing of other kinds of fatigue data.
