摘 要:介绍了某电厂GIS升压站一起500 kV线路开关误动事故的概况。通过大量的现场试验及深入的技术分析,指出跳闸回路中各个跳闸元件动作时序的配合关系不恰当及跳闸出口继电器动作特性欠佳导致了事故的发生。针对现场具体情况,提出了相应的整改措施,以避免相同事故的再次发生。结合此次事故原因对现有跳闸回路的构成及运行情况进行了分析比较,并指出各自的优缺点及适用场合,以期对继电保护的设计及调试提供有益参考。An accident of 500 kV line circuit breakers mal-operation at an electric power plant GIS set-up switchyard is introduced. The cause is presented through a mass of spot test and deep technical analysis, that is the unapt cooperation of each tripping element operating sequence and the defective characteristics of the tripping relay. In view of the actual situation in the field, some corre:;ponding measures are presented in order to avoid the same accident. The type and operational aspect of tripping circuit applied now are compared according to the cause led to the accident, then, respective merits and drawbacks and applicability are presented. It is expected to provide useful reference for the design and commission of relay protection.
