摘 要:首先讨论了SiO2对钾长石-硫酸钙-碳酸钙反应体系及钾长石分解率的影响。结果表明,SiO2加入量越多,钾溶出率越低,最佳反应温度为1050℃,反应时间为50 min;之后对焙烧产物进行了XRD分析,发现主要成分是硅酸二钙和铝酸三钙;随后对反应体系加入SiO2进行了动力学分析,发现随着SiO2质量分数的增加,反应体系的表观活化能从222.62 kJ/mol递增至277.06 kJ/mol;结合硅酸盐相图,对其反应机理进行了探讨。In this paper, the effect of SiO2 on the KAISi3O8 - Ca- SO4 - CaCO3 decomposition system and the potassium dissolution ratio of K - feldspar were discussed. The results demonstrated that the more SiO2 was added into the system, the lower decomposition ratio was presented. The most appropriate condition was 1050 ℃, 50 rain. And then the calcined product was analyzed by XRD, and it was found that the major elements of the calcined product were CSz and C-S3. After that, the dynamic analysis was conducted on the initial system and the system with addition of SiO2, revealing that the apparent activation energy increased with the addition of SiO2 content, from 222.62 kJ/mol to 277.06 kJ/mol. The reaction mechanism of all tbe results was discussed at last, under the direction of the silicate phase diagram.
