摘　　要：叙述韶钢２＃高炉近年来加强原燃料管理，提高操作水平，获得炉况稳定顺行，降低生铁含硅的操作实践；This article deals with the practice on strengthening the management of raw materials and enhancing the operation level in cast house, by which the blast furnace was monitored in steadily and smoothly running, thus the sillcon content in pigiron was lowered. An approach on the subject of further lowering the silicon content is put forward here.
