摘 要:针对硫酸法钛白粉生产中"三废"产生量大、处理成本高的问题,提出一种以废酸的资源化利用为核心的循环经济模式。水解工序排出的w(H_2SO_4)约20%的废酸通过多效真空浓缩为w(H_2SO_4)约55%的硫酸,用于钛白粉或磷化工装置,浓缩过程析出的一水硫酸亚铁用于生产硫酸,焙烧产生的w(Fe)约65%的烧渣作为钢铁厂炼铁原料。详细讨论了废酸浓缩工艺及工艺参数的选择,以及硫酸亚铁制酸需解决的工程问题。A circular economy model based on resourceable utilization of waste acid is proposed, considering large amount of "three wastes" produced during titanium white production by sulphuric acid process and high disposal cost. Waste acid with about 20 wt% H2SO4 from hydrolysis section is concentrated to about 55 wt% and re- used for titanium white or phosphorous chemical production. Ferrous sulphate monohydrate precipitated during concentration is used for sulphuric acid production and cinder with about 65 wt% Fe2 03 discharged in roasting of ferrous sulphate monohydrate is used for iron-making. The selection of process and parameters for waste acid con- centration are discussed in detail, as well as the engineering problems that need to be resolved in sulphuric acid production using ferrous sulphate.
