摘　　要：上海大渡河路658号旧区改造工程包括6栋不同结构类型的旧房改造,抗震鉴定中,以传统的工程质量检测手段,结合不同测试方法,将测得的数据进行综合评估。对不同类型的旧楼,确定了行之有效的加固方法。The rebuilding project of the old area located at No.658 on Shanghai Daduhe Road includes 6 old buildings of different structural types. During seismic evaluation, traditional engineering quality inspeetion method and data obtained through different measuring methods are adopted to give general evaluation on the project. Feasible and effective strengthening methods are determined for different types of buildings.
