摘 要:考察了聚砜(PS)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、醋酸纤维素(CA)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)和聚酰胺(PA)等6种材质超滤膜的膜材料结构特性,分别以二级处理水为原水,研究了不同膜材料性质对污水深度超滤过程的影响。结果表明,在膜过滤过程中最初的通量衰减主要原因是表面污染而发生膜孔堵塞,造成膜孔密度下降,而过滤后期发生孔径窄化是其通量衰减的主要原因。膜的孔径分布越宽、孔形越规则越易发生膜孔堵塞污染,造成膜孔密度下降,其过滤初期通量衰减会越快;膜孔孔形越不规则越易发生膜孔内部污染,造成膜孔孔径窄化,在过滤末期通量衰减较快。In this experiment,6 kinds of ultrafiltration(UF) membranes with typical structure characteristics were investigated.The secondary effluent was adopted as the raw water to study the influence of different membrane material properties on the advanced UF process of wastewater.The study found that in membrane filtration process,the initial decrease of membrane flux was mainly due to the membrane surface fouling which caused membrane pore block fouling,and then the membrane pore density was decreased.While in anaphase of filtration,the main reason of membrane flux decrease was the narrowing of membrane pore size.The wider the membrane pore size distributed,the more regular of the membrane pore shape was,the more easily the membrane surface fouling occurred which resulted in the decrease of membrane pore density and the membrane flux quickly declined at the initial stage of filtration.The more irregular of the membrane pore shape,the more easily the inside membrane pore fouling occurred which resulted in the narrowing of membrane pore size and membrane flux declined fast in the anaphase of filtration.
