摘 要:采用化学沉淀-生物法处理淀粉制糖废水,考察了化学沉淀-生物法对淀粉制糖废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,采用碱液调节pH和聚硅酸铝铁絮凝沉淀,原水的COD、BOD5和NH3-N平均分别下降了约49.2%、49.3%和40.6%;化学沉淀-生物法具有较好的处理效果,COD和BOD5分别由9.356和4.535 g·L-1下降到0.186和0.074 g·L-1,总去除率分别可以达到98.01%和98.36%,NH3-N的质量浓度由323下降到3 mg·L-1,总去除率可以达到99.07%。This paper deals with the treatment of wastewater from amylase production by chemical precipitation/biological technology.the results showed that BOD5,COD and NH3-N could be partly removed from the polluted raw water by adjusting pH and using PAFSi coagulation and sedimentation;in addition,the treatment effects of the polluted raw water by precipitation/biological technology were also researched,the results showed that the removal rate of COD could achieve 98.01% and COD concentration felt from 9.356 g·L-1 to 0.186 g·L-1,the removal rate of BOD5 could achieve 98.36% and BOD5 concentration felt from 4.535 g·L-1 to 0.074 g·L-1,the removal rate of NH3-N could achieve 99.07% and NH3-N concentration felt from 323 mg·L-1 to 3 mg·L-1.
