摘 要:借助泥渣回流提高原水颗粒物含量的方法,对成功处理高含量颗粒物原水的高效固液分离技术净化低浊度(小于20NTU)原水进行了尝试。分析了低浊度原水净化面临恶的困难,结合高效固液分离技术原理对混凝要求,提出了2级静态混合及管式反应的多种混凝工艺组合试验方案,在中试装置上试验了低浊度水的净化流程及控制参数。结果发现,在"2级静态混合器+管式反应器+高效固液分离器"系统中,PAM投加点及泥渣回流点对高效固液分离器形成悬浮层和良好出水至关重要,在原水10~20 NTU条件下,PAC和PAM分别投加在1级静态混合器前和管式反应器前,投加量分别是6和0.5mg·L-1,泥渣回流点在第2级静态混合器前、体积回流比4.2%时,系统出水水质最好。With the help of sludge return to improve the concentration of particles in raw water,the efficient solid-liquid separation technology,which has already treated high concentration of particles of raw water successfully,now is tried to purify the low turbidity(20 NTU below) of raw water.Analyzing the difficulties of low turbidity of raw water purification,combining with highly efficient solid-liquid separation technology requirements for coagulation,then putting forward such as two-stage static mixer and the pipe reactor of a variety of coagulation technology combination test programs,in the pilot plant experiments the purification processes and control parameters of low turbidity water are tested.Founding PAM dosing point and sludge return point are important to the formation of suspension layer of efficient solid-liquid separation and outflow of "two-stage static mixer + tubular reactor + efficient solid-liquid separator"process system.Under the raw water 10~20 NTU conditions,PAC and PAM are added before one stage static mixer and tubular reactor,dosages are 6 mg·L-1 and 0.5 mg·L-1,sludge return point is before the two-stage static mixer,sludge return ratio is 4.2%,the outflow turbidity is the lowest.
