摘 要:以雌雄异株植物菠菜(Spinacia oleracea L.)的幼嫩花、叶为材料,分别提取雄花、雌花和雄株叶、雌株叶的可溶性蛋白,采用十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,通过SDS-聚丙烯酰胺不连续垂直平板电泳,进行菠菜花和叶的性别分化相关蛋白的分析。结果表明,不同性别的花和叶之间在全蛋白的条带数量上均存在一定的差异,都具有各自的特异蛋白,对菠菜性别分化相关蛋白的分析可为菠菜性别相关基因的克隆奠定基础。Using the young flowers and leaves of dioecious plant Spinacia oleracea L.as the material,the whole protein was taken out from the male flowers,the female flowers,the male leaves and the female leaves.And then,the techniques of SDS-PAGE(Sodiumdodecyl sulphate-Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) was used to analyse the protein related to sex differentiation of S.oleracea.The results showed that there were some differences in the whole protein of the band between the male leaves and the female leaves,but also the male flowers and the female flowers,which had their own specific protein.The analysis of the sex differentiation related protein of S.oleracea can set the base of cloning sex-linked genes of S.oleracea.
