湖北省仙洪新农村建设试验区的成功经验与思考

摘　　要：新农村建设是一项前无古人的伟大工程,地区资源的差异性决定了发展模式的多样性。湖北省委、省政府为了推动全省新农村建设顺利发展,决定设立仙洪新农村建设试验区。试验区重投入——解决制约农业生产发展的难题,革民风——以村庄环境整治为突破口提升形象,变思路——解决新农村建设资金短缺的瓶颈,创机制——巩固试验成果等做法值得推广和借鉴。The establishment of new countryside is a great unprecedented project.Regional differences in resources determine the diversity of development models.In order to promote the smooth development of the whole provincial new rural construction,the government of Hubei province decided to establish a new rural construction area named Xian-Hong experimental area.The focus was mainly on solving the restricting problems of agricultural production development,such as improving village image by putting efforts on the remediation of environment as a breakthrough,changing views to solve the problem of funds shortage for new rural construction,establishing a policy system to consolidate the experimental results.
