摘 要:采用rep-PCR技术,对从我国9省(区)收集、分离、筛选的18株柑橘溃疡病菌株进行遗传多样性研究,并与A菌系标准菌株进行UPGMA聚类分析和相似性分析。结果表明,使用引物BOXA1R扩增供试菌株,可得到不同的条带31条。以遗传相似距离0.4划分,供试菌株可划分为5个簇;以遗传相似距离0.5划分,供试菌株可划分为4个簇;15个菌株与标准A菌株遗传相似距离较近,菌株CJX、CZJ1、CGDN2与标准A菌株遗传相似距离较远;来自同一省的少数溃疡病菌株的遗传相似性也较低,说明我国柑橘溃疡病菌基因组存在丰富的遗传多样性。The genetic diversities of the 18 Xanthomonas axnopodis pv. citri isolates,which were collected from nine provinces,were investigated with rep-PCR. With the BOXA1R primers, 31 polymorphic bands were detected. According to cluster analysis of UPGMA, five clusters were formed based on the boundary level of 0.4 average distance, and four clusters were formed based on the boundary level of 0.5 average distance. Genetic distance between the 15 strains and standard strain A was short. But the genetic distance between strains CJX, CZJ1, CGDN2 and standard strain A was long. The conclusion was that genetic diversities and complex distribution of the pathogen of citrus canker existed in China.
