摘  要:中油桃11号是中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所以中油桃5号为母本,与其姊妹系SD9238杂交培育出的极早熟甜油桃新品种。该品种果实近圆形,平均单果质量85 g,最大果质量120 g。果皮光滑无毛,底色乳白,80%果面着玫瑰红色,充分成熟时整个果面着玫瑰红色或鲜红色,有光泽,艳丽美观。果皮厚度中等,不宜剥离。果肉白色,粗纤维中等,软溶质,清脆爽口。风味甜,有香气。汁液中多,可溶性固形物为9%~13%,总糖7.79%,总酸0.37%,维生素C131.4 mg.kg-1,品质良好。黏核。花铃型,花粉多,自花结实,产量中等。该品种郑州地区5月20日左右成熟,果实发育期50~55 d。Peach and nectarine are climacteric fruits and can't be stored for a long term. Supply of the fresh fruit market can only be conditioned with fruits of different ripening period. Zhongyoutao 11 is an extremely early nectarine eultivar derived from the cross combination of Zhongyoutao 5 × SD9238. The nearly round fruit is 85 g in average weight and 120 g in maximum. The fruits are white background with over 80% fruit surface covered by rose red or bright red. Fruit skin is middle in thickness and can not be stripped. The flesh is white with medium crude fiber, melting, sweet with very low acid, containing 9% to 13% soluble solids, 7.79% total sugar, 0.37% total acid, 131.4 mg·kg^-1 vitamin C. The flower is non-showy, male- fertile, self-fruitful and the yield is medium. The fruit development period is 50 to 55 days. The maturity date is around May 20 in Zhengzhou, Henan province. It will supply the sweet nectarine market over 10 days in advance.
