浅谈汕头石特大桥钢箱梁制造技术

摘　　要：介绍了汕头石斜拉特大桥钢箱梁的工艺设计、制造方法．着重阐明非矩形双箱正交异性板锚管斜拉式超大型钢箱梁的制造精度控制，减小焊接变形的措施和总体预拼装线型控制，并对结构细节提出改进建议．An introduction of technical designing and manufacturing method for canting-pull box-beams of Shantou -Queshi great bridge. A detailed description in controlling of manufactruign precisiong for super steel box -beams cantal with non -rectangle double boxes and anchor pipes and different plates in quadrature, also in measures of reducting welding distortion and linearity controlling of entity pre -assembling work as well as in improving recommendation for structural details.
