摘　　要：对BOD5的测定方法进行了改进,利用膜电极法测定溶解氧,进而测定水样的BOD5,并与经典的容量法(碘量法)进行比较,大量的实验结果表明,仪器法与经典方法同样精确可靠,完全可以取代经典的容量法。Determination of BOD5 was improved by using membrane electrode for the determination of dissolved oxygen, water samples and then measured BODs, and with the classical Volumetric method （iodometric method） were compared, a large number of experimental results showed that the instrument method was also accurate and reliable, could replace the classical volumetric method.
