摘 要:提出了一种带中间节流的新型自复叠热泵系统.通过增加节流元件来调节中间压力,以实现系统的气液分离器进口制冷剂状态与冷凝器出口制冷剂状态相对独立.用自编制的循环性能程序对新型的和传统的自复叠热泵系统进行了理论对比分析,结果表明:采用新型自复叠热泵系统,经较充分换热后冷凝器出口制冷剂在具有一定范围且干度较小的条件下,通过调节中间压力可避免压缩机吸气带液,从而提高系统性能,解决传统自复叠热泵系统的性能不稳定问题.与最优工况下的传统自复叠热泵系统相比,所提系统能使制热性能提高19.1%,容积制热量提高28.9%.A novel auto-cascade heat pump system with intermediate throttling was proposed.The inlet condition of the separator is not influenced by the outlet condition of the condenser by adjusting the intermediate pressure.The performance of the novel auto-cascade heat pump system was compared with that of a conventional auto-cascade heat pump system via our computing program.The results show that when the condenser outlet quality is from 0.2to 0.4,the system performance can be optimized and the suction with the liquid refrigerant in a conventional autocascade heat pump system can be avoided in the novel auto-cascade heat pump system.The heating coefficient(CCOP)and the volume heating capacity of the system proposed are 19.1%and 28.9% higher than those of an optimized conventional auto-cascade heat pump system,respectively.
