摘 要:燃料电池的直流输出电压变化范围大,且其输出电压幅值较低,在实际应用中需要一级大变比升压变换器来与电网或负载所需电压匹配。这里在级联Boost变换器的基础上增加了一个电容,同时使用交错控制技术,构造了一种新型高增益升压变换器。增加的电容不但提升了输出电压,而且使前级电感电流按比例分配到后级和负载中。该拓扑具有大变比升压能力,并且所有开关管和输出二极管的电压应力都明显低于输出电压,实现了前级二极管的零损耗开通和后级输出二极管的零电流关断。详细分析了其工作原理,并通过一台100 W原理样机验证了其优点。The DC voltage generated by fuel cells vary widely,and the voltage is low in magnitude.Therefore for applications a high step-up Boost converter is needed to interface the fuel cell to the utility grid or loads.A novel high step-up Boost converter is proposed based on the cascade Boost converter which adding a capacitor and using the interleaved control.The additional capacitor increases the output voltage,and makes the first inductor current prorate to the second stage and load.It has the ability of high step-up,and the voltage stress of all of the switches and the output diode are lower than the output voltage obviously.Beside,the front-end diode can realize zero loss turn on and the output diode can realize zero current turn off.The structure of the proposed converter is analyzed.Finally,a 100 W rating prototype system is constructed to verify the advantage of the proposed converter.
