摘  要:中国环流器二号A装置极向场电源系统采用双三相桥12脉波晶闸管整流电路。针对其交流侧电压频率变化较大的特点以及模拟触发控制电路器件参数分散、调试困难、脉冲对称性较差等问题,提出并设计了一种以DSP为控制核心的宽频率范围跟踪晶闸管数字化触发器。经分析与实验发现该系统提高了控制精度和实时性,同时考虑到实际工作情况,用软件实现了缺相的保护、相序自适应功能。通过对过电压、过电流情况进行实时检测,利用软硬件实现封锁脉冲和从相控整流到有源逆变的转换。The power supply system of poloidal field system of HL-2A device adopts 12-pulse thyristor rectifier circuit of double three-phase bridges.The original analog trigger’s hardware is so complicated that it is hard to debug and components’parameters are dispersed,and the symmetry of trigger pulses is poor.This paper presents and designs a digital trigger for frequecy-tracking in a wide range based on DSP which adapts to frequecy variations of the AC side voltage and corrects the deficiencies of the analog triggers.The system improves the control precision and real-time performance,which can be confirmed,through the analysis and experiments.Taking into account the actual working situation,the system realizes missing phase protection and phase sequence adaptive fuctions.And through checking the over-voltage and over-current conditons in time,it achieves trigger pulses’blockage and the conversion from phase-control rectifier to active inverter through the software and hardware.
