摘　　要：依托经典经济学理论及模型对中国钼业发展现状与前景进行了分析与探讨,提出中国钼业企业应从政府引导下发挥市场作用、理性前瞻把握波动规律、借助证券市场进行审慎运作、集成创新实现科学发展四方面入手制定发展策略。This paper led the in-depth analysis on China molybdenum enterprise development situation and the prospects by the classical economic theories and models,and drew the conclusion that strategies should be made from four aspects,which included making full use of market mechanism under government guidance,rationally analyzing fluctuations and the laws,leading capital operation by stock market,and conducting integrated innovation to achieve scientific development.
