复方米非司酮终止10～14周瘢痕子宫妊娠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10-14周瘢痕子宫妊娠的效果。方法53例剖宫产后10～14周妊娠要求流产妇女为观察组，孕周相同的同期非瘢痕子宫流产妇女51例作为对照组。两组均给于复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇，比较临床效果。结果两组流产成功率、胎儿排出时间、阴道流血时问及转经天数比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；观察组产时及术后24h阴道出血量略高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组和对照组出现恶心率分别为32．1％和31．4％，呕吐率分别为13．2％和11．8％，腹泄率分别为9．4％和7．8％，腹痛率分别为50．9％和49．0％，两者比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对瘢痕子宫妊娠流产与非瘢痕子宫妊娠流产均具有很好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the efficacy of compond mifepristone in combination with misoprostol for termination of 10 - 14 weeks of gestation in women with scarred uterus. Methods 53 women with scarred uterus at 10 -14 weeks of pregnancy who requested abortion were selected as a study group. 51 women with normal uterus were selected as a control group. Both groups were administered compond mifepristone combined with misoprostol and the efficacy was compared between the two groups, Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in success rate of abortion, time to embryo release, time to vaginal bleeding, and the number of days of menstrual recovery （P〉 0.05）. Abortion-induced vaginal bleeding volumes and 24h after dilatation and curettage were greater in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Compond mifepristone combined with misoprostol has an ideal efficacy in termination of 10 - 14 weeks of pregnancy in women with or without scarred uterus.
