摘 要:采用浮选和化学漂白方法对脱铁后的高岭土进行了脱钛和增白,考查了煅烧温度和煅烧时间对精制高岭土制备A型沸石质量的影响。研究结果表明,采用异羟肟酸作捕收剂,可有效脱除高岭土中的含钛杂质,在常温下,控制固体浓度为33%,pH值为2~3,保险粉用量为矿样重的2%,反应40min,高岭土的白度达到862。在煅烧温度为700℃、煅烧时间为2h的条件下,所得A型沸石的质量较好,X射线衍射和红外光谱分析证明了这一点。Titainumremoral and brightening of kaolin, which is obtained after ironremoval, were achieved by using flotation and chemical bleaching methods. The authors investigated the influences of calcining temperature and time on the quality of prepared Azeolite. The results show that titanium can be removed effectively from kaolin using hydroximic acid as collector. At normal temperature, pH=23, solid concentration of 33% and vat powder dosage as much as 2.0% that of ore sample, the whiteness of kaolin can reach 862 by reacting for 40 min. However, at calcining temperature of 700 and calcining time of 2 h, Azeolite obtained has highest quality, which has been proved by IR and XRD.
