摘 要:采用电化学稳态和暂态技术,对热分解制备的稀土铽氧化物电极在700℃高温NaClKCl熔体中氯析出过程进行了研究。稳态极化曲线测得氧化物电极析氯的Tafel斜率为120mV,交换电流密度为0043A/cm2;计时电流与双电层电容测定结果表明,电极表面存在反应物的吸附,吸附电量为0595mC/cm2。计算得界面双电层电容为179×10-2F/cm2,表观反应级数接近1。基于电化学测试结果与理论Tafel斜率的动力学分析,提出了铽氧化物电极上氯析出的机理。A Tb oxide electrode was prepared by thermal decomposition on graphite substrates. The kinetics of chlorine evolution reaction (CER) on Tb oxide electrodes at 700 in chloride melts has been investigated by electrochemical steady and transient techniques. Exchange current density and Tafel slope calculated from steady polarization curve are 0043 A/cm2 and 120 mV respectively. The adsorption of Cl- on surface of oxide was revealed by chronocoulometric analysis, with adsorption coulomb Qads being about 00595 mC/cm2. Interfacial differential capacity measured is 17910-2 F/cm2, and apparent reaction order approach 1. CER mechanism on Tb oxide electrode was proposed based on the electrochemical measurements and kinetic analysis on Tafel relationship.
