摘　　要：综述了医用聚氨(酯PU)的改性技术和特点。从PU在生物医学中的应用出发,论述了几种常见的医用PU改性方法,表明这些改性方法使医用PU的生物相容性和物理性能得到很好的改善。随着医用PU改性技术的不断发展医,用PU制品的综合性能将会得到不断改善其,在生物医学中的应用领域将不断得到拓展。The modified technologies and features of medical polyurethane were summarized. From the aspect of application of polyurethane in biomedicine, several common medical polyurethane modification methods were elaborated, and the biocompatibility and physical properties of medical polyurethane were improved with these modification methods. With the continuous development of modified medical polyurethane, the comprehensive properties of polyurethane products will be constantly improved, and its application field will be expanded in biomedical field.
