摘　　要：科学文献和专利被引用行为体现了知识和技术传播和扩散的模式,基于科学引文索引(SCI)数据库,对中国学者1990至2004年在SCI收录期刊发表的科技论文的被引情况进行了计量分析,通过被引延迟特征参数的变化揭示我国科技发展态势和不足之处,为国家科技管理政策制定提供科学依据。The citation data of scientific literature can be used to measure a flow of knowledge.In this paper,citation data of Chinese scientific papers is quantitatively analyzed according to Science citation index database.Analysis results show current and shortage in Chinese science technology by changes of cited delay characteristic parameters.It is effectual that these results will provided some scientific bases for establishing national scientific management policies.
