摘　　要：本文分析了知识管理系统应用推广中的问题和困难,通过对知识管理和SaaS模式相结合的深入研究,提出了构建图书馆云计算公共知识服务平台,利用云计算技术特性提升知识服务的效率和效果,为用户提供多样化、个性化、精准化、专业化的知识服务,并对基于SaaS模式知识管理系统的应用模式作出初步探讨。Based on the analysis of difficulty on promoting knowledge management platform and the research of combining knowledge management and SaaS pattern,this paper presents the method of building the public knowledge service platform for digital library based on cloud computing.By applying the advantage of cloud computing,which can produce the effect and ability of knowledge service,digital library could provide various,individual,precise and professional knowledge service.Moreover,the strategy of using SaaS pattern to construct knowledge management system for enterprise application is presented and discussed.
