天津地区公共图书馆资源需求与利用研究

摘　　要：拥有充足的资源是图书馆发展和提供服务的重要条件。资源分配的均衡程度决定着图书馆能否为公众提供普遍均等的社会服务与知识分享,以及公众是否能够平等的享受社会资源的分配。本文在对天津地区公共图书馆资源现状调研的基础上,提出资源拥有不平衡,馆舍面积不充足,数字化资源比例较低是目前的主要问题;针对存在的问题提出均衡资源分布,提供平等服务的对策和建议。Enough resource is the most important bases of the library＇s developing and service providing.The degree of equal distribution of resource allocation in library decides whether we can give social service and knowledge sharing equally and the public can enjoy the social resource equally.Based on the present status of Tianjin＇s public library,our research points that there are three main problems of libraries＇ development,such as the resource in our library is imbalance,area of library construction is not enough,and the proportion of digital information resource is relative low.According to the data of our investigation,this paper gives some suggestions to the development of public library in Tianjin.
