摘　　要：以由甲醛、壬基酚在二甲苯中合成的酚醛树脂为起始剂,制备嵌段聚醚,以重芳烃做溶剂,得到油溶性破乳剂BSA-108。详述了合成过程,测定了破乳剂的闪点>50℃,能够满足海洋油田及国外油田对破乳剂安全性的要求。该样品在55℃、100mg/L时,对孤东二号联含水39%的聚合物驱原油脱水率达94%;在73℃、15mg/L时,对中海油湛江公司涠洲油田含水21%的井排原油脱水率达91%,脱出水质清,油水界面齐。Abstract： An oil soluble demulsifier, BSA - 108, was prepared phenol, and formaldehyde in toluene to give an phenolic resin through following steps： ;synthesis of a polyether reaction of nonyl with the phenlic resin as initiator; and mixing with heavy aromatic petroleum solvent to obtain the end product. The preparing process was described in some detail. The flashing point was determined： 〉 50℃. At 55℃, and dosage of 100mg/L,a dehydration rate as high as 94% was observed for a crude oil of 39% water cut taken from the Gathering Center No 2 in Gudong oil field,at 73℃,and dosage of 15mg/L,a dehydration rate as high as 91% was observed for a crude oil of 21% water cut taken from Wei -zhou oil field,and with clear water separated and even oil/water interfaces appeared.
