水产动物诱食剂溴化DMPT的合成研究

摘　　要：以二甲硫醚和3-溴丙酸为原料,合成溴化DMPT。探讨了反应物的配比、反应温度、反应时间对收率的影响。经实验确定了合成溴化DMPT的最佳条件为:二甲硫醚与3-溴丙酸的物质的量比为1.8:1,反应温度39℃,反应时间28h,在此条件下,反应收率可达72.8%,产品纯度可达98%。Bromodimethyl - β - propiothetin was prepared by dimethyl sulfide and 3 - bromoproponaic acid. The effects of the molar ratio of raw material , the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the yield were studied. The optimum conditions were confirmed ： the molar ratio of dimethyl sulfide and 3 - bromoproponaic acid was 1.8：1, reaction temperature was 39℃, reaction time was 28h, the yield could reach 72.8% ,the purity could reach 98%.
