摘　　要：通过对5#焦炉煤气预热器前横管堵塞物的各种成分的定性及定量分析和对管道腐蚀机理和晶相结构的探讨和分析以确定堵塞物的主要成分并明确解释现场发生的现象,提出合理建议。With the qualitative and quantitative analysis on blockage in horizontal pipe in front of gas preheater on 5# coke oven,as well as the discussions and analysis on corrosion mechanism and crystalline structure of pipes,the composition of blockage is determined and the on-site phenomena are definitely explained.Moreover,the reasonable suggestions are proposed.
